Jeffrey M. Heidings - President
jheidings@sirenmgt.com

Mr. Heidings is the President and founding principal of Siren Management Corp.  He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate community, including building management, property acquisition, mortgage financing, and supervising capital improvement and renovation projects of managed properties.  His in-depth knowledge of real estate and finance allows him to offer insightful solutions to complex problems.

Prior to launching Siren Management Corp. in 1993, Mr. Heidings was the Comptroller and the Director of Operations of Omnia Properties, Inc., a well-established real estate broker and residential property management firm, which had acted as co-op conversion broker and managing agent for a large number of New York City buildings.  During his ten years with the firm, Mr. Heidings brokered many successful real estate transactions while overseeing the property management division.  In 1993, upon the retirement of the principals of Omnia Properties, Inc., Mr. Heidings founded Siren Management Corp., retaining the entire Omnia portfolio of properties.

Mr. Heidings earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from New York University's Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Queens College of the City of New York.  He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 and practiced auditing and tax preparation for David Berdon and Co., one of New York City's largest and most prestigious accounting firms specializing in the real estate industry.

He continues to embellish his education by regularly participating in courses, seminars and conferences held by the real estate industry.

Howard C. Landman - Vice-President
hlandman@sirenmgt.com

In 1991 Mr. Landman formed Inner Circle Realty Corp., a full-service real estate company specializing in residential management and brokerage.  The company began with the management of one building and developed its portfolio to the management of more than twelve properties, and in 1996 merged into Siren Management Corp. Mr. Landman's legal background affords him a unique perspective when dealing with the complex problems currently confronting building and apartment owners.  He has substantial experience with bank foreclosures, sponsor defaults, non-payment actions, labor union hearings, building and apartment renovations, as well as all the day-to-day issues involved in building management. In addition, he has been involved in managing distressed co-ops and condominiums, improving both their finances and the quality of life of the residents.

Mr. Landman is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and earned a law degree from Hofstra University Law School.
