We encourage our co-op and condominium members to subscribe to and read trade journals such as The Cooperator and Habitat Magazine. They are geared to the co-op and condominium communities and are rich with content that is interesting and helpful to co-op and condominium boards and owners.

April 2014: We are proud to announce that NYC CLEAN HEAT has recognized Siren Management Corp for our outstanding work in moving a majority of our portfolio of managed buildings off of heavy oil. By switching to cleaner heating fuels, these buildings have improved air quality in the neighborhoods immediately surrounding their buildings.

The July/August 2013 edition of Habitat Magazine includes an article entitled " Teachable Moments" which has NYC property management leaders offering comments on an experience of theirs which provided high level assistance to their co-operative or condominium clients. In the article, Jeffrey Heidings, President of Siren Management, is pictured on page 46 and has his story appear on page 48.

The September 2010 edition of Habitat Magazine includes a feature article by Jeffrey Heidings, President of Siren Management, entitled, "The Budget Blueprint". In it, Jeff offers his many years of experience in dealing with the co-op and condominium budget process.

The July/August 2010 edition of Habitat Magazine included an article concerning the tight budgets being experienced by co-ops and condominiums, in which Jeffrey Heidings, President of Siren Management was shown participating in a Roundtable discussion held in May 2010.
