We encourage our co-op and condominium members to subscribe to and read trade journals such as The Cooperator and Habitat Magazine. They are geared to the co-op and condominium communities and are rich with content that is interesting and helpful to co-op and condominium boards and owners.

The September edition of Habitat Magazine includes a feature article on page 16 by Jeffrey Heidings, president of Siren Management, entitled, “The Budget Blueprint”. In it, Jeff offers his many years of experience  in dealing with the co-op and condominium budget process.

The July/August edition of Habitat Magazine included an article concerning the currently tight budgets being experienced by co-ops and condominiums, in which Jeffrey Heidings, president of Siren Management, participated in a Roundtable discussion in May 2010.
